Additional steps for getting a simulator app to run
(for Mac)
In the steps below, replace "VirtualScope" with the name of the app you're trying to get to run (e.g. VirtualAmplifier, Geiger, Lab11A13, etc.)
1. If you get the message "VirtualScope can't be opened because it is from an unidentifed developer", then: a) right-click (or control-click) the application and choose “Open”, and b) Click the “Open” button at the next dialog warning to launch the app anyway.
2. If instead you get the message "The application 'VirtualScope' can't be opened" (a common problem with Mac OS Catalina), follow the instructions here.
3. If you continue to have trouble, please email wsmith@haverford.edu
